The “Prosecution” subject includes state penal laws for addressing gang-related criminal activity such as carjacking, curfew, drive-by shooting, graffiti, nuisance, participation, recruiting/threats/intimidation, homicide, weapons-related offenses, accomplice liability (e.g., aiding and abetting, accessory, conspiracy), racketeering, money laundering, criminal enterprise, and criminal profiteering. It also includes provisions related to criminal procedure, witnesses/victims, evidence, penalties, and forfeiture.
